Paella

前幾天的晚上我們終於用了在香港買的paella pan.


不知道我們的煮法是否正宗,但就起碼份量足,我足足食了兩晚!


在意大利買的Fish stock。

    I have a few questions. I wanted to send a few things from Oregon and I know you don't have a sweet tooth, but do you like alcohol/coffee/tea/? What sort of snacks do you enjoy?

    Just confirmed yesterday I am flying back to Hong Kong in August. Let's do another swap at that time. I am sure I can get you a lot more Japanese stuffs from Hong Kong.
